About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager, Growth & Strategy to join our team at , a leading online learning platform operated by Optimum Source Inc. In this full-time role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user growth and engagement for our platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Devise and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to acquire new users and retain existing ones
  • Optimise search engine marketing and social media strategies to increase visibility and conversion rates
  • Analyse user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience and drive business objectives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance our competitive edge

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing , preferably in the e-learning or SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
