Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, account managers, and internal departments. This role is responsible for tracking sales activities, preparing reports, managing documentation, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor sales activities, ensuring timely processing of orders, quotations, and client requests.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Assist the sales team in following up with clients and tracking leads, opportunities, and project statuses.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact and transaction information.
  • Support sales meetings by preparing presentations, reports, and performance summaries.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, and Logistics) to ensure proper fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing product availability for client orders.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and provide general support related to products and services.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, promotional activities, and client meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the sales department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
