The Executive Producer oversees overall planning, production, and execution assigned radio, TV, and digital programs. This role is responsible for maintaining the editorial, production quality, and creative direction of the content while ensuring that it aligns with the company's brand, standards, and audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the production team --- including writers, segment producers, researchers. and technical staff --- throughout the pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
  • Develop and execute program concepts, episode themes, and content flow.
  • Coordinate with talents, hosts, and guests to ensure smooth scheduling and performance.
  • Manage production timelines, scripts, and content briefs to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and broadcast standards.
  • Monitor and analyze audience feedback, ratings, and social media engagement to improve content strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for content packaging, branded segments, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Submit regular production reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Production, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in radio, television, or digital content production.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and editorial judgment skills.
  • Creative thinker with a solid grasp of audience behavior and media trends.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
