As a Social Media Content Producer, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Hook-Driven Content Creation: Develop creative concepts and compelling hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
  • Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into polished short-form content using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Graphic Design & Photography: Create visually compelling graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials; capture/edit still images to complement video storytelling.
  • Copywriting: Write engaging, on-brand captions, headlines, and copy that sparks interest and drives action.
  • Motion Graphics: Design and animate branded assets and transitions using After Effects (or equivalent software).
  • Platform Optimization: Tailor and format content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, applying best practices per platform.
  • Trendspotting: Monitor trends, meme culture, and industry shifts to pitch timely and relevant content ideas.
  • Content Calendar Execution: Collaborate with Marketing to plan and maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
  • Performance Feedback: Review analytics to refine and improve future content output.
  • Perform other related tasks/duties assigned by the management.
