Content Producer – Skincare Brand + Brand Owner Brand

Reports to: Brand Owner

Location: Metro Manila (Hybrid) preferred in QC, Antipolo/Cainta area.

Agyle Brands is seeking a Content Producer to lead creative development and execution for a skincare brand and its founder.

You'll shape how both the brand and the person behind it show up across all channels — from short-form video and social media to campaigns, eCommerce, and affiliate collaborations.

This role combines storytelling, strategy, and production. You'll manage the full creative cycle: concepting, scripting, shooting, coordinating edits, publishing, and ensuring that assets are used effectively across marketing, eCommerce, ads, and partnerships.

You are both the creative hand and the strategic mind ensuring every piece of content strengthens WildSkyn's voice and Christian's personal brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development & Production

• Lead batched content creation for the brand, and the brand owner across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Conceptualize, script, and shoot short-form videos that reflect the brand's identity and the founder's personality.
• Plan and direct shoots — from creative vision to logistics (location, styling, props, and scheduling).
• Collaborate with freelance editors and graphic artists to deliver cohesive and timely creative outputs.
• Maintain high-quality visual storytelling that feels authentic, aspirational, and distinct.
• Support eCommerce and advertising teams with on-brand visual assets for product listings, paid ads, and landing pages.

Campaign & Collaboration Support

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align content with launch timelines, promos, and performance goals.
• Develop creative concepts and briefs for campaigns, brand shoots, and collaborations with influencers or KOLs.
• Help conceptualize affiliate materials — from templates and scripts to creative direction for their content.
• Provide content toolkits and reference guides to help partners, affiliates, and agencies maintain consistent brand expression.
• Contribute to the creative planning of campaigns, identifying hooks and visual ideas that drive awareness and conversion.

Publishing & Optimization

• Oversee daily content scheduling and publishing across platforms, ensuring consistent posting cadence.
• Track content performance and audience response; share insights with the team to guide future creative direction.
• Ensure that content libraries are well-organized and accessible for reuse across multiple departments.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, audio, and cultural moments, integrating relevant ones in creative ways that fit the brand.

Skills

• Strong in shooting, directing, and scripting short-form video.
• Skilled at storytelling and brand expression — both for personalities and products.
• Proficient in basic editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Understands social platform algorithms, engagement dynamics, and paid content optimization.
• Experience supporting ads, eCommerce, and affiliate marketing teams with creative assets.
• Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and visual.

Experience

• 3–5 years in content creation, creative production, or brand communications.
• Experience working on beauty, lifestyle, or personality-driven brands.
• Advantage: experience producing for founders, actors, or influencers.
• Advantage: familiarity with digital ad asset creation and eCommerce content strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
