The Creative Producer plays a vital role in any production unit, ensuring the successful execution of production projects. This role spans a wide range of responsibilities, with primary focus on content ideation, writing, and overseeing the timely progress of each project. 

  • Content Creation. Writes and produces a variety of content, including scripts, content flow, social media copy, and other video content ideas for various platforms. 
  • Project Scoping.  Lead project scoping and discussions by assessing production requirements, providing recommendations, and facilitating PPMs in collaboration with Bus. 
  • Creative Collaboration. Works closely with internal production teams (directors, production managers, researchers, videographers, editors) to bring concepts to life and execute the project vision. 
  • Basic Project Coordination. Leads in supervising project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. 
  • Research and Sourcing. Conducts research to gather information, fact-check content, and assist in sourcing materials needed for production. 
  • Revisions and Feedback. Revises content based on feedback from senior team members and clients, ensuring the final product meets all requirements. 
  • Innovation and Technology. Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency's production capabilities competitive and efficient. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in creative production or content creation.
  • Strong skills in content ideation, writing, and script development.
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with current creative trends and production tools.
  • ​Open to work onsite if needed, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
