SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION : Designs, maintains, and improves facility's infrastructure, including ACU, electrical, and plumbing systems, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain accurate records of machine and equipment maintenance activities, facility modifications and improvement, and equipment performance.

  2. Ensure all facility operations and infrastructure comply with health, safety and regulatory codes under DOLE, BFP and PEZA.

  3. Monitor the performance of building systems, machine and equipment, implementing corrective action to resolve issues and preventive action for improvement.

  4. Plan and manage construction, renovation, and upgrade projects to enhance facility function and efficiency.

  5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and optimize operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php28,000.00 per month
