Job Summary:

The Mechanical Engineer will oversee all mechanical systems and infrastructure within the facility, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The role includes managing mechanical maintenance activities, leading troubleshooting efforts, supporting capital projects, and supervising mechanical engineering staff or contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical maintenance and repair activities for facility systems, including power distribution, lighting, backup systems, and critical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting expertise for mechanical systems.
  • Supervise mechanical technicians, and contractors.
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical infrastructure.
  • Manage mechanical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring minimal impact on operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and engineering projects.
  • Review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications for facility upgrades and new installations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of mechanical systems, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to mechanical systems, maintenance logs, and compliance certifications.
  • Ensure energy efficiency practices are integrated into mechanical system design and operation.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (RME) license is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduate are open to apply

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate of mechanical engineering at least 1 year of experience in facilities management or industrial environments.
  • Able to handle maintenance technicians on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
