Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer will oversee all electrical systems and infrastructure within the facility, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The role includes managing electrical maintenance activities, leading troubleshooting efforts, supporting capital projects, and supervising electrical engineering staff or contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical maintenance and repair activities for facility systems, including power distribution, lighting, backup systems, and critical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting expertise for electrical systems, including low, medium, and high-voltage equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical infrastructure.
  • Manage electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring minimal impact on operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and engineering projects.
  • Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for facility upgrades and new installations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of electrical systems, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain documentation related to electrical systems, maintenance logs, and compliance certifications.
  • Ensure energy efficiency practices are integrated into electrical system design and operation.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (REE) license is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduate are open to apply

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate of electrical engineering at least 1 year of experience in facilities management or industrial environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, UPS systems, and building automation systems.
  • Able to handle maintenance technicians on site.
