  1. Responsible to all functions within Facilities Department (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection).

  2. Ensure that the departments are functioning economically.

  3. Ensure continuous improvement in facility department.

  4. Motivate Facility staff to achieve the department objectives.

  5. Monitor and review facilities equipment parameter and utilities cost.

  6. Participate in selection, assessment and approval of subcontractors and vendors to negotiate the best deal.

  7. Champion in housekeeping and safety. 8. KPI Report/ Weekly & Monthly

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any Engineering Course (Preferably Electrical/ Mechanical and License)

  • Knowledge of the theory and practical repair and maintenance of various electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic control systems and devices.

  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical construction and maintenance practices and procedures.

  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance system principles and objectives.

  • Skill in the practical application of electrical and mechanical testing devices to diagnose system/equipment failures or efficiency levels.

  • Skill in operating a variety of hand and power tools.
    • Ability to read and apply electrical and mechanical plans, complex circuit schematics, blueprints.
