Dispatch & Resolution Officer

We are seeking highly motivated Dispatch and Resolution Officer to join our team. As a Dispatch and Resolution Officer of BOBSI, you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Your responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, assessing service needs, coordinating dispatch, and following up to ensure successful resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assess client needs and determine the appropriate service response.
- Dispatch service teams or coordinate with internal departments to address client concerns.
- Track and monitor service progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or dispatch/coordination experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, or Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Urgent manpower need
