Customer Service Representative

· Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
· Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
· Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
· Provide accurate information about products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
· Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, and product) to ensure timely issue resolution.
· Monitor and update order statuses in the system.
· Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Flag recurring issues and provide feedback to help improve customer service processes.
· Help maintain the accuracy of product listings and website content, when needed.
· Stay updated on platform changes, product updates, and company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
