We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver / Purchasing Staff to join our team. The role involves safe and efficient driving, handling purchases, deliveries, and other logistical tasks to support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Safely operate company vehicle for transporting staff, supplies, and materials.

  2. Conduct routine vehicle inspection, maintenance checks, and ensure vehicle cleanliness.

  3. Handle purchasing duties including canvassing, price comparison, and procurement of goods.

  4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of items.

  5. Maintain records of purchases, receipts, fuel consumption, and trip logs.

  6. Deliver company documents, payments, and other requirements as instructed.

  7. Assist in loading, unloading, and proper handling of purchased or delivered items.

  8. Ensure compliance with traffic rules, road safety, and company policies.

  9. Provide support to different departments for logistics and purchasing needs.

  10. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Valid professional driver's license (Restriction 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent).

  2. Proven experience as a company driver and/or in purchasing tasks.

  3. Familiar with routes, traffic regulations, and basic vehicle troubleshooting.

  4. Ability to manage purchases, supplier coordination, and proper documentation.

  5. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  6. Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Physically fit and capable of handling supplies and materials.

  9. At least a high school graduate; vocational/college level is an advantage.

  10. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
