Basic Qualifications – Purchasing / Liaison Staff
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- SHS graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or liaison work (preferred but not required).
- Experience in canvassing, price negotiation, or field coordination is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier coordination.
- Ability to prepare and process purchase orders, canvass forms, and documentation.
- Familiarity with basic office tools (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Ability to compare quotations and evaluate supplier pricing.
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High sense of responsibility and honesty.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving and resourcefulness.
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to conduct fieldwork (e.g., supplier visits, LGU transactions, document processing).
- With valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
