I. PURPOSE

Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of employees, clients, materials, and company assets. The role ensures vehicles are operated in compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards while maintaining punctuality and professionalism. Drivers also perform basic vehicle checks, ensure cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues to support smooth operations and prevent delays.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drives employees or clients to their scheduled destinations.

· Carries out vehicle maintenance checks.

· Delivers packages to customers in a timely manner.

· Pick up office purchases or other administrative needs.

· Utilizes navigation apps to find the most optimal route.

· Interacts with employees and clients in professional conduct.

· Maintains an organized travel schedule.

· Ensures that vehicles are in good running condition before and after the trip.

· Arranges for vehicle repairs when necessary.

· Updates weekly mileage records.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

· At least High School Graduate

B. Minimum Experience/Training

· At least 2 years' work experience as driver

· Holds Professional Driver's License
