There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).

CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Ordering Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Full accountability and ownership of order capture and management process for Direct-served and Marketer-served customers groups for North America & Canada including base oil customers from the following media:
• Fax

• Email

• Document order entry and resolution in (SFDC)

• Masters of SAP system and processes
• Accountable for assessment and resolution of customer needs through direct interface for proper routing to appropriate resource
• Works with Customer Sales Representative (CSRs) and Customer Sales Associates (CSAs) on a daily basis to ensure complete customer processes from order to invoice
• Performs customer administration requirements in support of sales ordering process
• Accountable for all measured service levels – order entry within the agreed service level agreement and case handling time

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Good in oral and written communication
• With analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can multi-task and can work independently
• With good attendance record
• Open to be assigned to any shift and to work on weekends as needed by the business, primarily night shift schedule
• Must be a good team player
