We are seeking a dynamic and motivated PR Specialist to join barenbliss team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company's public image and fostering positive relationships with the media and the general public. This role will involve crafting press releases, engaging with media representatives, and ensuring our brand maintains a positive presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance the brand's reputation and visibility.

2. Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications to relevant audiences.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers.

4. Monitor media coverage, track trends, and report on PR campaign effectiveness.

5. Organize and coordinate events, press conferences, and interviews to promote the company's initiatives and messages.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (KOL, Media, EC etc.) to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

7. Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and act as a company spokesperson when needed.

8. Collaborate with brand partners for co-branding initiatives and partnerships to enhance visibility and strengthen brand alliances.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or related fields.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proven ability to craft press releases, speeches, and other PR materials.

5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital PR strategies.

8. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
