  • Monitor Ariba Blocker/Direct PR to ensure timely processing. – if Any
  • Handle POCC cancellation/monitoring.
  • Manage and respond to procurement-related email concerns as assigned.
  • Track and resolve PR/PO issues such as orders stuck in ordering or approved status.
  • Process and monitor request catalog for upload.
  • Review and manage Master Contracts.
  • Update and communicate Active/Deactivated catalogs via email.
  • Other Adhoc upon request such as Summarize Active/Deactivated catalog issues and email concerns, Process Carplan Tax edits, Handle catalog processing (uploading, activating/deactivating, and maintaining catalog data), Verify and apply PR/PO discounts, Perform material master updates, Conduct matcode extract and updated matcodes and Any Other assigned task from the Pal Procurement and admin team.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of any course
  • With admin background
  • With MSO basic knowledge
  • Willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig
