Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision while ensuring the smooth flow of procurement activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track, monitor, and review inventory levels while identifying alternatives for out-of-stock items.
  • Maintain close coordination and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate information gathered prior to preparing purchase orders.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and monitor on-time delivery of ordered items/services.
  • Provide information on products, promotions, pricing, and other customer requests.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve order and inventory concerns.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for procurement records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related business course.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Procurement Assistant.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. And excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati.
