Coding Specialist

We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who are ready to grow their careers in medical coding. As a Coding Specialist III, you'll review clinical documentation and assign accurate medical codes for inpatient and outpatient services. If you have a passion for healthcare and strong attention to detail, we'll help you build the skills you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Review medical records and assign diagnosis and procedure codes (ICD-10, CPT, EM levels)
• Validate coding accuracy and ensure correct billing data
• Work with healthcare teams to resolve documentation or coding issues
• Maintain compliance with industry and client standards
• Meet quality and productivity goals in a supportive, team-driven environment

What We're Looking For:

• Active AHIMA or AAPC certification (CPC, CCS, CCA, or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Previous coding experience is a plus — but motivated new coders are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
