About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and people-driven People & Culture Associate who thrives in creating meaningful employee experiences. This role goes beyond recruitment — it's about fostering a culture where people grow, collaborate, and feel valued.

You'll play a key role in talent acquisition, engagement, and HR operations — ensuring that our people practices align with our mission to connect, develop, and empower talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:

Support end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

  • Culture Building:

Assist in developing engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications that strengthen company culture.

  • People Operations:

Maintain employee records, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

  • Onboarding & Development:

Help design and deliver orientation programs, training schedules, and learning opportunities that promote growth and retention.

  • Employee Experience:

Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for employee concerns, feedback, and welfare activities.

  • HR Data & Reporting:

Track recruitment metrics, employee engagement data, and performance trends to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — approachable, empathetic, and organized.
  • Passionate about people development and workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment tools, and basic labor laws is an advantage.

Work Arrangement: in-person, 6 days a week, 9AM to 6PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Offer: Php 18, ,000, we provide meal and transportation allowances
