What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to onboarding and employee engagement.
  • Build meaningful relationships with candidates to align their goals with the right opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
  • Maintain organized talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Contribute to people development and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and assist in HR administrative functions as part of the People & Culture team.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 1 year solid experience in recruitment gained from a single company
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and social media for recruitment and engagement.
