IT Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Associate who can handle day-to-day technical support and system maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in IT operations, troubleshooting, and network management, and can also assist in simple creative or digital tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for computer, printer, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
• Ensure network security and assist with data backups.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, internet connection, and office systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies and services.
• Assist in system updates, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT documentation (asset inventory, reports, etc.).
• Help manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create creative and eye-catching posts, and photos to promote products.
• Monitor page activity and suggest fun or creative ways to reach more people.

Qualifications:

• Open for fresh graduates
• Undergraduates with relevant experience or skills are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in computer systems, networking, and basic troubleshooting.
• Creative and familiar with basic editing tools (e.g., Canva).
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Willing to start immediately
