Client Is a U.S.-based company specializing in container sales and one-way lease solutions. As they grow their global operations, they are expanding remote team to the Philippines.

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Inventory Coordinator to join us full-time and play a critical role in client's managing container movements across their international network of depots and clients.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (9pm - 6am PH Time)

Work setup: Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and update container inventory across multiple depot locations
  • Manage and record gate-in/gate-out movements in the system
  • Liaise with customers, depot staff, and suppliers to verify container statuses
  • Log and escalate container damages and claims
  • Support customer shipping projects and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records for the sales team
  • Investigate and help locate missing or misrouted equipment
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with internal workflows

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, or a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with container tracking, depot operations, or freight logistics is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with internal inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-fromhome environment
  • Proficient in English and Chinese ideally
