Inventory & Wholesale Coordinator

BGC, Taguig | Full-time, Office-based (Monday–Friday)

Job Objective

Responsible for managing the flow of merchandise and ensuring products arrive in a timely manner. Provides support in wholesale account management, inventory coordination, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze company data to determine which products are most profitable and recommend adjustments to improve sales performance.
  • Coordinate product deliveries and pull-outs at store level and across concerned departments.
  • Conduct audits of inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and proper replenishment.
  • Provide inputs to develop marketing campaigns that target specific products and customer groups.
  • Review sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Maintain records of sales, inventory levels, and other performance data.
  • Consolidate monthly supplies requests from stores and ensure they are within budget.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the team and assist with tasks assigned by management.
  • Handle wholesale accounts such as SM and coordinate related requirements.
  • Support training and orientation of staff for updates.
  • Prepare manpower schedules when required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Relevant experience in retail, inventory management, or wholesale coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; able to express ideas clearly in English.
  • Confident, organized, and has a professional demeanor.
