The Warehouse and Inventory Staff will be responsible for ensuring efficient handling of company stocks and supplies. This role covers monitoring inventory levels, assisting in warehouse operations, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain accurate and timely inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries of stocks and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely encoding of inventory movements into the system.
  • Regularly conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Organize, label, and store items properly in the warehouse/stockroom.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments when needed.
  • Assist in preparing and releasing supplies to different departments or branches.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for handling and safekeeping of inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams for inventory concerns.
  • Perform other tasks related to warehouse and inventory management as may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
