Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Stay-In Staff member to maintain cleanliness and order in our household or facility. The ideal candidate will live on-site and ensure all areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained, while providing exceptional service and support to residents or guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all rooms and common areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and other designated areas.
  • Manage laundry duties including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
  • Ensure proper inventory and stock of cleaning supplies and household essentials.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
  • Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with meal preparation or serving if required.
  • Provide excellent hospitality and support to household members or guests.
  • Stay on-site and be available for urgent cleaning or household needs as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and respectful of privacy.
  • Ability to stay on-site for the duration of employment.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.

Working Hours:

  • Stay-in position with flexible working hours based on household needs.
  • Days off to be mutually agreed upon.
