About the role
As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes, ensuring efficiency and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement new processes and workflows to enhance productivity and service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document standard operating procedures
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as needed
- Identify and implement best practices to improve process efficiency and quality
- Contribute to the development of process management strategies and policies
- Assist in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of process management tools and technologies
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management or a related field
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimising business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify root causes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry is preferred
- Familiarity with process management tools and technologies is a plus
