About the role

As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes, ensuring efficiency and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement new processes and workflows to enhance productivity and service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document standard operating procedures
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as needed
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve process efficiency and quality
  • Contribute to the development of process management strategies and policies
  • Assist in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of process management tools and technologies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimising business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify root causes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with process management tools and technologies is a plus
