Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, posters, email templates, and website visuals.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze social media and marketing campaign results using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and graphic design.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design and social media management.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong creative, visual storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
