JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for strategic planning and successfully implementing Marketing and Retail campaigns aligned with the brand's Image, values and objectives in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Complex Lifestyle Store

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen Complex Lifestyle Store's brand awareness and identity, positioning it as the top-of-mind retailer for lifestyle products and special collections among students and young professionals, while driving sales growth.
  • Manage the brand's social media channels and ensure content and posts are brand appropriate, up to date with trends, gain significant and relevant reach, following, and engagement.
  • Work with VM and Merchandising/Retail to plan window displays, monthly highlights including webstore or online Shop-in-shop's key visual images.
  • Coordinate with PR to promote and build buzz including product seeding to artists and KOLs, planning and executing campaign launches, PR kits, events etc.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute marketing and PR initiatives—including creatives, press releases, media collaborations, and store promotions—and regularly update and monitor project progress with store personnel.
  • Perform other relevant tasks given by immediate head from time to time.

Multi-Brand Outlet Stores

  • Come up with Marketing/PR plan and strategies with the goal of maximizing awareness of the store and brands inside the store.
  • Work with VM, Merchandising, and Retail Operations to plan window displays and monthly highlights.
  • Coordinates with the mall marketing/admin to maximize exposure in malls and their social media platforms.

Other Admin Duties

  • Propose, implement, and monitor systems and procedures needed to efficiently implement projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for the processing of other project requirements such as gift certificates, supplies, cash advances, permits, etc.
  • Process necessary contracts, documents, and permits like DTI promo and mall promo permits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/ Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent

· At least 2-3 years of extensive work experience in the related field

· Background in fashion retail merchandising and/or those related to apparel, footwear, lifestyle products, sports, and music is a definite advantage

· Proficient in both oral and written English communication

· Willing to work physically in the Head Office, Ortigas Center, Pasig City every Mondays to Fridays
