Job description:

We are seeking a friendly and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and up to date.
  • Conduct market research to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer retention.
  • Track and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
