Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the company's overall marketing strategy — from brand direction to campaign execution. This role combines hands-on marketing implementation with strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals across all ventures. The Marketing Officer acts as the creative and strategic head of the marketing department, overseeing brand growth, digital presence, content, events, and performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and oversee the company's annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Work closely with the CEO to translate brand vision into actionable marketing plans across multiple business verticals.
- Lead market research, brand positioning, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive growth strategies for new services, product launches, and partnerships.
- Set performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, lead conversion rates) and monitor results.
2. Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company's identity and values.
- Supervise visual design, messaging tone, and storytelling for all marketing materials.
- Develop brand decks, press kits, and communication guides.
- Innovate brand initiatives such as anniversary campaigns, ambassador programs, and loyalty systems.
_ 3. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy_
- Oversee all social media platforms, ensuring engaging, educational, and conversion-focused content.
- Manage SEO, paid ads, and website updates to drive online visibility and traffic.
- Plan and supervise content calendars, copywriting, and creative production (photo/video shoots).
- Implement performance tracking and analytics to guide optimization decisions.
4. Events, PR, and Partnerships
- Lead marketing activations, collaborations, and sponsorships
- Coordinate PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and media placements.
- Represent the brand in community events, conferences, and strategic alliances.
- Develop partnership packages and B2B proposals to expand brand reach.
5. Team Leadership & Department Oversight
- Supervise and mentor marketing associates, content creators, and design staff.
- Review and approve campaign concepts, captions, and visuals before publication.
- Conduct weekly marketing meetings to align on priorities, performance, and creative direction.
- Ensure alignment with other departments (Sales, Operations, HR) to create integrated campaigns.
6. Performance, Reports & Coordination
- Track and report marketing performance metrics weekly and monthly.
- Present analytics, insights, and campaign outcomes directly to the CEO.
- Propose new initiatives for lead generation, client retention, and brand awareness.
- Ensure proper documentation and systemization of marketing processes in Notion or equivalent tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative direction.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing social media, influencer campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with performance analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems.
- Creative thinker with business acumen and a passion for brand growth.
