
Sales Development Analyst

Support CAC Operations of Partner Coops
- Regularly travel to partner cooperatives to assist in implementing and maintaining CACs.
- Address issues related to CAC setup, compliance with MOA and manuals, and day-to-day operations.
Sales of Non-Life Products
- Promote and sell non-life insurance products to partner cooperatives and their members.
- Provide product orientation, explain benefits, and assist in policy applications.
Training and Systems Support
- Conduct on-site, hands-on training on life and non-life systems, reporting, remittance procedures, and use of IT tools, in close coordination with the IT team.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Visit partner coops to track CAC production, unpaid premiums, and policy renewals.
- Collaborate with CAC In-Charges in generating and validating monthly production reports.
Coordination and Communication
- Field coordination with partner coops while liaising with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, etc.).
- Manage CAC area email communications and facilitate CAC-related events and requirements.
Administrative and Logistical Duties
- Provide support in planning, budgeting, and implementation of CAC programs.
- Ensure proper documentation, logistics, and compliance of partner coops.
