Description

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with our Business Analyst in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for our software development projects. This role is open to new graduates and individuals who want to transition into software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and aligned with project goals.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and walkthroughs to capture feedback and refine requirements.
  • Learn and apply best practices in requirements gathering, process documentation, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Open to career shifters with interest in software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Basic knowledge of requirements gathering, process flows, or software development concepts is preferred but not required.

  • Must be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other documentation/project management tools.
  • Exposure to process mapping or basic SQL is a plus.
