We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with a background or strong interest in motorcycles to join our growing team If you're passionate about two wheels and enjoy helping customers find the best products or solutions, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide expert assistance with motorcycle-related products, parts, and services
  • Process orders, returns, and warranty requests efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, accessories, and maintenance essentials
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Record and track customer feedback to help improve service quality

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of CSR experience, preferably in a retail, automotive, or motorcycle-related industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion or background in motorcycles (rider, enthusiast, or experience working with motorcycle products)
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
