About the role

Digits Trading Corporation is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the organisation's internal audit function. As Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Plan, manage and oversee the execution of internal audit projects, ensuring adherence to professional standards
  2. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for enhancement
  3. Identify and mitigate organisational risks through thorough audit processes
  4. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management
  5. Mentor and develop the internal audit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to implement corrective actions
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
  2. 8+ years of experience in internal audit, with a proven track record of leading audit engagements
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  5. Thorough understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles and audit methodologies
  6. Experience in the audit of financial, operational and compliance processes
  7. Proficient in data analysis, report writing and project management
