Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
• Manage Recruitment and Selection Process.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings and screening applications to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Ensure the hiring process is following employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee issues.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate and monitor professional development and certification activities.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and insurance.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Strategic Planning:
• Consult with executives on strategic planning related to HR.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Other Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
• Promote corporate values.
• Design and implement strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that boosts employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or another related field.
• 5-10 years' work experience in the Human Resources field and at least 3 years' experience in HR Managerial or Supervisory Role.
• Knowledgeable with HR Systems and Databases.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Practices.
• Knowledgeable with compensation.
• Strong background experience with recruitment. Hands-on with end-to-end recruitment process.
• Proven experience in Training & Development as well as Performance Management.
• Skilled in process improvement and strategy development.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Strong Leadership, Management, communication skills and conflict-resolution.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
• Preferably with SHRM or CIPD Certification.
• Preferably with an MBA or master's degree in human resources.
