Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR functions for our clients.

This is a full-time, remote role that requires you to manage the employee lifecycle, align HR initiatives with business needs, and build relationships with key client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and dispute resolutions in a fair and timely manner
  • Support employee and leadership development, and develop succession plans for key positions to drive business growth
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture to improve overall productivity
  • Develop new HR policies and review existing ones to meet changing business conditions and stay compliant with regulations
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow, increase productivity, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Business Administration, Psychology, or Organizational Development
  • At least 7 years of experience managing a diverse HR team, preferably in a similar industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients and employees alike
