Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

  • This includes working closely with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone. Providing support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service is also essential.

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

">Responsibilities:

Employee Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees through timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.

HR Administration

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling and performance reviews in Lattice.

  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while guaranteeing compliance with relevant regulations.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency.

  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
