About the Role
This is a high-impact position that directly contributes to the growth and visibility of our Care Center clinics. The ideal worker is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and excel at identifying revenue opportunities.
Overview
This role is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing patient acquisition, expanding partnership opportunities, and promoting clinic spaces for medical and non-medical use. The Sales Executive will work closely with operations, marketing, business development and leadership teams to develop strategies that increase clinic utilization and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase clinic revenue across all service lines.
· Identify new business opportunities & partnerships, such as but not limited to doctors & specialists, mall tenants, and corporate entities.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and create action plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Clinic Space Promotion & Utilization
· Market and promote clinic spaces (treatment rooms, procedure areas, consultation spaces) to healthcare providers and relevant partners.
· Manage the full sales cycle for space rentals—lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and agreements.
· Build and maintain relationships with practitioners, vendors, and organizations seeking temporary or long-term clinical space.
Client Relationship Management
· Nurture strong relationships with patients, partner providers, referring physicians, and organizations.
· Implement strategies to enhance patient retention and satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the patient or partner journey.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
· Work closely with marketing to plan targeted campaigns, promotions, and events to drive traffic and bookings.
· Provide feedback to operations teams to optimize service offerings, pricing, and clinic workflows.
· Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to sales and space utilization.
Market Analysis & Reporting
· Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
· Prepare reports, forecasts, and dashboards to track sales activities and outcomes.
Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance revenue performance.
