General Job Description:

Sales Representative connects with potential clients and promotes the services offered or upcoming events. They are responsible for making calls, explaining the details of services offered, handling client and event inquiries, and following up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential clients to promote W+B services and other business units.

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients.

  • Sales and Persuasion: Persuading potential clients to purchase the offered services.

  • Customer Interaction: Answering questions, addressing concerns, and handling customer inquiries.

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records of customer contacts and interactions.

  • Sales Goals: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong understanding of the services being offered and scheduled events.

  • Database Management: Accurately entering and updating customer information in a database.

  • Collaboration: Working with the other accounts team and other departments to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in BPO especially in sales and taking outbound calls

  • graduate of any course, or undergraduate but has experience in taking cold calls and lead generation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
