Business Development Specialist

A vital role in the organization involves liaising between IT and executive branches. As a Business Development Specialist, you will serve as an information source and communicator between business units.

  • Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth.
  • Analyze and enhance the quality of IT products and services.
  • Design and implement technical systems and business models.
  • Utilize IT data for business insights.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and financials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
