About Us

Signature Home Products Inc. is a fast-growing company with trusted brands in home care and pet care, including Perma, Signature Care, and Petking. We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to take charge of our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations — leading strategies to grow sales, increase visibility, and expand our digital presence nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales growth across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media team to plan sales-driven campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, photos, keywords) to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics, competitor activity, and platform algorithms to propose strategies for growth.
  • Manage and coordinate TikTok content for e-commerce, including product showcases, live selling, and promotional videos.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and affiliate sellers to boost reach and credibility.
  • Plan promotions, bundles, vouchers, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Propose new ideas to make our brands more well-known and competitive in the e-commerce marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller tools and growth strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Experience in influencer/affiliate marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Creative and proactive in finding ways to grow brand visibility online.
  • Basic content creation or video editing skills (for TikTok content) is a plus.
