Position Summary

The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement activities of the Company, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, supplies, equipment, and services. This role plays a critical part in supporting both general operations and construction-related projects, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplier networks.
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a small to mid-size team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
