  1. Coordinates with different supplier technical support team for inquiries of product trouble-shooting;
  2. Conducts product demo and training;
  3. Ensures quality of medical device and laboratory machines by using testing equipment such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters to check the circuits for proper connections, ensuring electrical compatibility and safety of components before and after purchase of client;
  4. Performs quarterly warranty service, preventive maintenance procedures, and cleaning of all installed medical device and laboratory machines in all installed area;
  5. Inspects electrical malfunctions and determine problems using test instruments;
  6. Maintains daily maintenance logs and work reports indicating time and materials used;
  7. Facilitates purchase, distribution and installation of new hardware needed by the working units;
  8. Recommends to the unit head and to the client applicable preventive maintenance procedures;
  9. Repairs damaged computer system and related electronic and IT facilities and equipment;
  10. Does research on latest model of medical device and laboratory machines for existing product comparison;
  11. Assists other trades in areas related to overall maintenance of the company when assigned;
  12. Assumes other reasonable and equitable job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager;
  13. Follow all company policies, procedures, and memorandum circulars;
  14. Do other work-related tasks as directed by the Technical Supervisor, Technical Manager, and the General Manager.
