The Cement Checker is responsible for verifying, inspecting, and documenting all cement deliveries and stock movements to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, warehouse staff, and site personnel to maintain proper inventory levels and prevent discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and verify the quantity, quality, and specification of incoming and outgoing cement deliveries.
- Ensure proper documentation (delivery receipts, waybills, purchase orders) for all cement transactions.
- Monitor storage conditions to prevent cement contamination, moisture exposure, or damage.
- Record daily stock balances and prepare inventory reports.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the supervisor or purchasing department immediately.
- Enforce safety protocols during cement handling and storage.
