Tasks and Duties
  • Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking using project management tools and spreadsheets.
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Site Engineers in preparing site documentation such as daily logs, work permits, inspection checklists, and progress photos.
  • Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitoring work progress versus plan, identifying delays or site issues, and preparing corresponding reports.
  • Assisting in quantity take-off, material requests, and change order documentation.
  • Ensuring all project activities comply with engineering standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
