QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in architectural design, project or construction management and leadership
  • Licensed is an advantage but not required
  • Preferably with experienced in a high rise building
  • Proficient in using BIM tools, Auto CAD, Sketchup (with rendering engine Enscape, Vray or Lumion), MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint and Ms-Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
  • Knowledgelable in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a PLUS.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to travel across project sites

  • You will be assigned within Metro Manila or nearby provinces

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Attend coordination and progress meetings; prepare and submit progress report as required
  • Conduct regular and periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery
  • Develop and monitor the project timeline, ensuring that construction phases align with design requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Provide progress updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ensure project milestones align with client expectations and contractual commitments.
  • Manage project documentation and permits
