Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Oversee marketing calendars, product launches, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with influencers, media, and marketplace platforms to increase brand visibility
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to drive data-based decisions
  • Stay updated on beauty trends, competitor activities, and market behavior

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles (beauty or FMCG is a plus)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and leadership ability
  • Experience in digital marketing or event coordination
  • Willing to work onsite
