Role Overview:
Core service role, responsible for handling and submitting chargeback disputes on
behalf of clients, ensuring the highest possible win rate.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Collect, organize, and submit compelling evidence for disputes.
• Work directly with Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors.
• Maintain client records and dispute status updates.

Stay updated on processor policies and compliance rules.
• Collaborate with customer support for client updates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, payments, or BPO customer service.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with Shopify, Stripe, or payment processors is a plus.
